Lembest Lechon Manok and Liempo opened its first outlet on November 28, 2009 at 50-A Loreto, Corner Paz Street, Morning Breeze Subdivision, Caloocan City. The business is the brainchild of Mr. Lembert C. Benedicto, born in Ibaan, Batangas, where people are known for being sincere and having ‘ word of honor’. While he was working as Regional Credit and Collection Officer, he started putting up Lembest Lechon Manok and Liempo to simply make his childhood dream, of having chicken dish in every meal since their family rarely eats chicken, come true. He then aims to have lechonan outlet to serve his family, peers and friends. Seeing the enormous potential of the business, he then resigned from his former job and personally handled the operations of Lembest.
‘LEMBEST’ came from the part of owner’s name ‘ LEM’ then appended the word ‘BEST’, hence the name LEMBEST in connection to this, he wants his products to be the best there is. Lembest offers scrumptious Lechon Manok, Liempo, Chicken Sisig and Liempo Sisig at affordable prices. The company introduces variety of choices to its local customers, thus Chicken Combo (half lechon manok and half chicken sisig) and Liempo Combo (half chopped liempo and half liempo sisig) are offered.
As Lembest continues to grow and wants to share to growing number of customers, the savor of Lembest Lechon Manok and Liempo, the company has four (4) company outlets . As it expand its network in putting more outlets, the knock of opportunity opens as Lembest Lechon ventures into Franchising. Hence the company has 15 Unit Franchises located at Bulacan, Caloocan, Las Piñas, Mandaluyong, Manila, Quezon City and Valenzuela and also 2 Area Franchises in Bulacan (3 outlets) and Cagayan Valley (3 outlets - ECC Shopping Mall, Ugac Sur and Aparri)
